We were moving across the country to Red Wing and had to buy a house without ever seeing it. On top of that, it was a very tight market. Kathy and Kenzie really listened when we told them what we were looking for and, somehow, found it. Practically conjured it out of thin air. And when the sale got complicated, they tirelessly did the work to get the sale through on time. They explained everything we didn't understand, they gave us honest advice that was good for us, even if it meant they earned less on the sale. They even helped us get in the swing of things in our new community and gave us some good contractors they trusted to do future work on our house. If anybody ever asks me for a realtor for Red Wing, Lake City, Cannon Falls, and surrounding area, I absolutely would tell them Kathy and Kenzie.
