We should be thoughtful and considerate and bring every option to the table to help build the best and most robust, diverse and vibrant communities as we go about our work.”
Kathy and Kenzie added “We are proud of the communities we serve. This is a great place to live and work and we look forward to continuing to strengthen our communities one home at a time.”
Comments from Clients:
“...She [Kathy] was fun to work with and became a friend we will always treasure. Give her a call and we promise you won’t be sorry! - Dennis C.
“...We had a very unique situation with the purchase of our second property and Kenzie handled every unusual steppingstone professionally, quickly and presenting every option possible, so we could make the best decision. She went above and beyond with her knowledge and time...” - Nicolette H.
"...She is the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic person on the planet. Ask for any information on a particular property, she gets an answer for you. Walks thru mud, snow, wind to show a property. We had the fortunate experience to ask for her opinion on a multitude of situations and always very forthright on her knowledge and shared her opinion openly, very essential on such an important purchase. We recommend her to any and everybody! Need an answer, just ask Kathy, she knows!!...” - F.D.

I’m a Minnesota farm girl with my roots firmly planted in the soil on our 100 acre farm south of Cannon Falls. My husband Brad and I have been married for 44 years and have lived our entire married life on the family farm. Brad is the fourth generation living and working on the farm. In 2022, we are excited to be celebrating the 150th anniversary of continuous ownership of Oak Park Farm by our family.
For most of our married life, Brad has farmed. We had a
dairy herd, hogs and chickens. As many of you know, farming is a great life but
it also can take a toll on your body so we sold the cows and hogs quite a few
years ago. Now Brad serves as a County Commissioner for Goodhue County. In
2005, we were very humbled and honored to be named Goodhue County Farm Family
of the Year.
My journey of farm life is a little different from my
husband’s. I didn’t grow up on a farm but my Grandparents did. They lived in
Pierce County, Wisconsin, between Ellsworth and Bay City. I spent my summers on
the farm with my Grandparents. They cultivated in me a love of gardening,
chickens, farming, driving tractors, the smell of freshly mowed hay and the
importance of family.
When my Grandmother moved into “town”, she gave me her white
picket fence that lined her chicken yard. Today, it lines my chicken yard. To
most people it is probably just a pretty little fence but to me it is a
connection to the farm of my childhood and my grandparents.
We raised two children on the farm, Ariana and Travis and we
are blessed with 4 grandchildren, Greta, Marin, Mia and Anyka. Thankfully they
live close because we love spending time with all of them.
For 18 years I worked for a local, international giftware
company. I held many positions through the years, all related to sales,
marketing and customer service. My last role was Director of Sales and Customer
Service. It was a natural transition for me to move into real estate 20 years
ago. It enabled me to put all of my experience into one career and tap into my
entrepreneurial spirit. The best part of real estate is the people I have the
opportunity to meet and work with everyday.
If you are looking to find out what life is like in a small
town, I would love to assist you in your search. I am an Accredited Buyer’s
Representative (ABR® for short). This training is through the National
Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. I acquired
this designation because I really care about making sure Buyers have
representation in the real estate transaction and I want to make the major
decision of buying a home enjoyable and stress free. You can count on me to go
the extra mile for you.
If you are selling your home, you want to make sure you find
a knowledgeable Realtor® that understands the importance of marketing, personal
service and how to compete in this changing real estate marketplace. I am a
full time agent, working full time to market and sell my clients’ homes. I have
acquired my GRI® designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) . This program has
enabled me to increase my depth of knowledge in real estate sales and marketing
and real estate investments. For you, this means I have gone above and beyond
the basic real estate education and I will go above and beyond to assist you
throughout the sale of your home.
When I’m not busy with Real Estate or my grandkids, I love
to garden (thanks to my Grandmother) and ride motorcycle with my husband and
friends. We have recently been renovating our barn into a recreation space for
our grandkids and extended family and love spending time on our 100 acres of
happiness.
Thanks for taking time to visit my website and introduce myself
to you.

My mornings usually start the same way: an extra-large cup of coffee and our two kids, Kip & Tate, filling the house with their contagious energy. Then I head to our beautiful Coldwell Banker office in downtown Cannon Falls. On my desk sits a somewhat unusual photo. A snapshot from 1998 of a large, outdated fifth-wheel camper parked in Kenyon, MN.
That camper was one of my parents’ first homes when I was a newborn. They were young, broke, and starting with nothing but big dreams. Fast forward a few decades, and they both run successful businesses in Cannon Falls and recently built their dream home. Blue-collar professions, no big inheritances, no shortcuts. Just 24 years of long hours, hard work, and a little faith.
I keep that photo on my desk as a reminder of my mission as a Realtor: to help people build wealth through real estate. I believe in the American Dream. With the right guidance, anyone can achieve homeownership. Homes aren’t just places to create memories. They’re tools for building generational wealth. My goal with every client is to form a life-long relationship, guiding you from your first home to your dream home.
I was born and raised in Cannon Falls, MN. You might even know a Meyers or two (my maiden name)! Most of my family calls this little slice of heaven home. I graduated from Cannon Falls High School in 2016 and went on to Winona State University to study nursing…until I realized fainting at the sight of blood doesn’t make for a long nursing career. After three degree changes, I graduated with a B.S. in Finance & minor in accounting in 2019. What became clear: I want to help everyday people achieve financial freedom.
I started my career in the insurance industry, helping people protect their homes rather than find them. That background in policies, claims, and client service continues to serve me well, giving me a strong foundation to guide clients through the buying and selling process. Over the past 4 years as a real estate agent, it has become clear that this is my passion. A career I love and wouldn’t want to do anything else. I genuinely enjoy meeting clients, learning their life stories, educating them on the process from start to finish, digging into real estate data to ensure wise investments, and negotiating with their best interests always in mind. I have the privilege of learning from the best of the best, Kathy Anderson, and having a hoot working with our light-hearted, fun team at The Home Finder Team. I strive to bring maximum value to every client, because, as Bob Burg says, “your true worth is determined by how much more you give in value than you take in payment.”
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me on the Cannon Valley Trail, tackling a home improvement project, enjoying a competitive game of euchre, or most importantly, spending time with my husband and our kids. I also love giving back as a member of the Cannon Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Cannon Falls Education Foundation.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I look forward to connecting, learning about you, and helping you achieve your real estate goals.
Have the best day ever!

I have such fond memories of my childhood and the property I grew up on-a cozy home set on five acres, surrounded by fields of corn, beans, and beautiful prairie restoration land. My siblings and I shared countless adventures there. Looking back, I’m so thankful for growing up in a rural area where nature was right outside our door. Small-town charm was just down the road, and everything we needed was still close by.
Growing up in a close-knit community taught me the importance of trust, hard work, and showing up for others-values I strive to bring to every transaction. I bring a strong work ethic, fresh perspective, and a genuine commitment to going the extra mile for my clients.
I believe that real estate is more than buying or selling property- it’s about building relationships, understanding your needs, and making your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone ready for a new chapter, I’m here to guide you with care, honesty, and local insight. I love this industry, it’s about people, stories, and the memories made in each home. I enjoy learning the history behind a property and hearing what it means to the people who’ve lived there. If the walls could talk, they’d have some amazing stories to tell.
Before transitioning into real estate, I worked for a physical therapy company. My responsibility was a blend of administrative, clinical, and communication duties to support both patients and my team of physical therapists. That experience gave me invaluable skills that directly carry over into my work as a realtor.
I was born and raised in Cannon Falls. And I currently reside here with my husband Jason, our son Elliott, and our two dogs, Marshall and Jurney. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me spending time outside with my family, tending to my garden, going for a walk around the neighborhood, cleaning my house, or watching the Magnolia network with a crisp glass of wine in hand, from the Cannon River Winery.
Let’s find your next home together where you can make memories that will last a lifetime.
